The new IIQ keeps the flexible import and inspection-aware routing ideas from the mature desktop application while making the workflow easier to understand.
Choose the stops
Search and select the inspections that belong today. The browser stores your workspace locally between visits.

Set the start, choose whether to return, review appointment windows, and verify road directions before using CSV, GPX, calendar, or car mode.

CSV headings, confidence, and troubleshooting
IIQ recognizes common forms of Job ID, Property Address, City, State, Zip, Client, Work Code, Due Date, appointment windows, and duration. It also detects comma, tab, semicolon, and pipe files.
Green confidence means a strong header and value match. Ambiguous location fields remain unconfirmed. Review several sample values, correct the source column, and import only when the usable-row summary is accurate. Rows without a usable location are counted and skipped—not silently discarded.
Start, end, time windows, and route estimates
The free local planner provides an approximate stop order using local calculations. Choose the clearly labeled Louisville sample point or grant one-session location access, then finish at the last stop or return to the start.
IIQ waits until an appointment window opens and includes that waiting time in the finish estimate. A missed closing window appears as a high-priority warning. Local mileage and travel time are estimates; verify addresses and road directions in your navigation app before departure.
Installing the PWA and working offline
Open IIQ in a supported browser and use its Install app or Add to Home Screen command. Visit the route workspace once while online so the application shell can be cached.
“Saved offline” means the current IIQ shell and browser workspace are available on that device. It does not mean road maps, live provider routes, or every external navigation app are cached. Check Your local data before departure.
Car mode and notification actions
Build a route, open Plan, and choose Car mode. Large controls cover Navigate, Complete & next, Previous, Skip, and Route list. Job-card fields and notification privacy are configurable in Car mode settings.
Open job, Route list, and Next stop notification actions are progressive enhancement: the browser and operating system may ignore them. The in-app controls remain the reliable path.
MileMeld, charges, and fallback
MileMeld is not connected or selectable in the current public build. IIQ uses the free local estimate and never silently falls back to a paid provider.
When account linking launches, IIQ will show the account, credit balance, operation, and quote before paid geocoding or routing. See Provider status for the current availability.
Backup, reset, and privacy
Use Your local data to see device status, export a JSON backup, or clear IIQ data from the browser. Export before clearing storage or changing devices.
When reporting a problem, include the browser/device, the provider shown in IIQ, and sanitized CSV headers. Do not send customer names, notes, photographs, or unredacted addresses unless a trusted support process specifically requires them.
Current product limits
IIQ accounts, workspace sync, MileMeld linking, verified road routing, offline map tiles, and native desktop installers are roadmap work. The interface labels these states explicitly rather than presenting them as connected or ready.
